Need remote support? I maintain a TeamViewer Business account, and using their software I support more than 100 computers at remote locations. I can troubleshoot and often even repair troublesome issues without ever darkening your doorway. After briefly discussing your issue with me, use the link above to download a copy of TeamViewer QuickSupport. Once TeamViewer is downloaded, launch it (right from the Downloads folder), and from my end I’ll request permission to view your screen. Once you allow me access, I can go to work solving your issue for you immediately.

I’m the IT guy for the company that’s too little to have an IT person on staff. I still have a Google Voice number; that’s what’s printed on a bunch of my old cards. You can still call it – 970.430.6726; it makes my iPhone ring, just like my real cell #. Please don’t text me at that number (text me at my real number, 970.412.0366); texting via Google Voice numbers is a wicked pain.

I don’t have an office. I used to, but it turned out there was no real reason to rent one. I can be just as unproductive at my house. For the most part, I do all my work at my clients’ offices or homes.
